For example, we know that sugar is very unhealthy because it causes weight gain. However, vegetables and fruits are good for us as they have vitamins and minerals that our bodies need.

Next, we looked at exercise. Exercise helps our bodies get stronger and gives them energy. Exercise also makes us happier. There are many different exercises we can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga is great for flexibility and improving breathing. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.
