On the other hand, fruits and vegetables are good for us because they contain vitamins and minerals that are essential for our bodies.

Next, we will be looking at exercise. Exercise is good for our bodies and gives us energy. Exercise can also make us happy. There are many exercises you can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga is an excellent exercise because it improves flexibility and breathing. We should avoid junk food and drink lots of water if we are trying to lose weight.

We ended our discussion with a mention of sleep. Sleep is an essential part of our daily lives. If we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies can become fatigued and stressed. This can cause problems like back pain, depression, heart disease and diabetes as well as obesity. We must get enough sleep if we are to remain healthy.
